About the Role

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Gift Designer to join Angroos. The role involves designing, planning, and customizing corporate and personal gift hampers, handling client requirements, managing customer enquiries, and ensuring premium quality in every delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Gift Designing and Concept DevelopmentCreate unique, attractive, and innovative gift hampers for corporate and personal occasionsDesign seasonal hampers like Onam, Diwali, Christmas, Weddings with creativity and market trends in mindDevelop prototypes and mood boards for new hamper ideas Corporate Gifting PlanningUnderstand client budgets, themes, and preferences to design customized gifting solutionsCoordinate with accounts and purchase teams for cost-effective planningHandle bulk and B2B gift orders, ensuring timely execution Customization and PersonalizationOffer customized options like branding, logo printing, and personalized packagingSuggest creative add-ons and accessories to elevate the hamper experience Customer Handling and Enquiries ManagementManage enquiries from walk-in clients, phone, email, and online platformsProvide professional and creative solutions to customer requirementsBuild strong client relationships and maintain repeat corporate accounts Operational and CoordinationWork with packing and logistics teams to ensure quality and timely deliveryManage vendor coordination for sourcing premium materialsMaintain stock and prepare gifting catalogs when required Trend Research and Brand GrowthStay updated with new gifting trends, packaging designs, and creative presentation ideasSupport marketing content with design inputs for social media promotions
Desired Skills and Qualifications

Strong sense of design, creativity, and presentation Good communication and client-handling skills Knowledge of corporate gifting, packaging styles, and customization Ability to multitask and manage deadlines effectively Prior experience in gift designing, event planning, or related fields preferred
Working Hours

10.00 AM - 7.00 PM (Full-time, 6 days a week)
