Job Title: Area Sales Manager - Home Loans
Position Summary:
The Area Sales Manager for Home Loans is responsible for overseeing the sales operations
and strategy within a designated branch. You will work towards leading the sales team with
the primary responsibilities of achieving sales targets.
Your key deliverables will be:
Develop and implement a sales strategy to achieve the organizational sales through
market connections
To proactively maintain regular engagement with key customers in line with business
expectations.
Creating and building own sales executives team of 5 members.
Work closely with the sales team in evaluating profits for the organization.
Coordinating in sales action plans for the individual sales executive.
Ensure the effectiveness of own team members by reviewing their performance and
activities on regular intervals.
Increase productivity by motivating and empowering team members.
Set clear objectives and expectations for team members and provide ongoing support
and feedback.
Ensure adherence to all company policies, procedures, and compliance standards.
Requirements:
Minimum 5-7 years of experience in home loans into leadership position.
Team handling.
Knowledge of regulatory requirements related to home loans.

Last 3 Months Salary Slips.
Resignation Letter or Resignation mail (If some candidates are serving notice period
so we will want the mail/letter of resignation with current company's acceptance on
that resignation document.)
CTC : Between 3-5.5 Lacs
SPAN : 5 Sales Exe / DSTs, Recruit own team, Team handling experience
Age : upto 35 yrs
Avg Ticket Size : 25 Lacs to 50 Cr
