Job responsibilities:

Install, commission, and test machinery/equipment at customer sites. Provide on-site and remote service support to customers. Diagnose technical problems and carry out repairs and preventive maintenance. Train customers on machine operation, maintenance, and safety practices. Maintain service logs, reports, and customer feedback records. Collaborate with the technical and sales teams to resolve customer issues. Ensure timely escalation of unresolved problems to higher-level support. Follow company policies, service standards, and customer satisfaction guidelines.

Qualifications & Skills

Diploma / BE in Mechanical / Electrical / Electronic Engineering. 0-4 years of experience in industrial machinery/manufacturing industry (preferred). Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Willingness to travel extensively (domestic/international as required). Good communication skills in English (knowledge of regional languages is an added advantage). Ability to work independently and under pressure.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
