Job Title: Graduate Engineer Trainee (GET) Location: Kuche7 Manufacturing Facility Bhiwandi Department: Production Reports To: Production Manager / Factory HeadRole Overview:The Graduate Engineer Trainee (Production) will be trained on end-to-end production activities in steel modular furniture manufacturing. This role will provide hands-on exposure to shop floor management, process optimization, and production planning while developing technical and leadership skills for future roles in the organization.Key Responsibilities:

Assist in day-to-day production operations on the shop floor. Learn and understand fabrication, welding, assembly, and finishing processes. Monitor machine utilization, manpower allocation, and workflow. Support in achieving daily production targets and efficiency goals. Participate in lean manufacturing practices (5S, Kaizen, TPM). Coordinate with QC for in-process inspections and defect reduction. Maintain production records, reports, and documentation. Ensure safety compliance and adherence to standard operating procedures. Contribute to problem-solving and continuous improvement initiatives.
Required Skills & Competencies:

Strong interest in manufacturing and production systems. Good analytical, problem-solving, and technical aptitude. Team player with effective communication skills. Willingness to work in a fast-paced shop-floor environment. Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of AutoCAD/SolidWorks is an advantage.
Qualifications & Experience:

B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical / Production / Industrial Engineering. Fresh graduate or up to 1 year of experience.

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
