Graduate Engineer Trainee ( GET) - Production

We are Looking for enthusiastic and committed fresh engineering graduate

( Preferably Male Candidates

will be trained and groomed to handle various aspects of Production.

Key Responsibilities :-

1. Assist in daily Production activities, assembly, and manufacturing operations.

2. Learn and implement the SOP in Production.

3. Support the production team in achieving daily/ weekly/Monthly targets.

4. Maintain Proper documentation and reports related to production.

5. Ensure adherence to safety guidelines and company policies on the shop floor.

6. Gain hands on experience in handling machines, tools, and production workflows.

Educational Qualifications :-

1. B.E/B. tech

( Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, biomedical

, or related disciplines.

2. Experience - Fresh Graduates.

3. Gender -

Male Candidates Preferred.

4. Strong willingness to learn and adapt in a manufacturing environment.

5. Ability to work in a team and handle shop floor challenges.

Stipend- 18,000 Rupees, Without any deductions.

2. Transportation will be provided with free of cost.

3. This GET Period can be 11 months after that based on the performance we will change into permanent roles.

4. Month End - There will be OT is there so OT pay, Transports, dinner Provided for those hours.
