To support electrical operations, maintenance, production processes, and continuous improvement activities under the guidance of senior engineers, with the objective of developing into an independent electrical engineer.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in operation and maintenance of electrical systems, machines, and equipment.
Support preventive and breakdown maintenance activities.
Participate in installation, testing, and commissioning of electrical panels, motors, drives, and control systems.
Monitor power consumption and support energy efficiency initiatives.
Ensure compliance with safety standards, electrical regulations, and company procedures.
Prepare basic reports, logs, and documentation related to maintenance and production.
Coordinate with production, quality, and safety teams for smooth operations.
Learn and follow SOPs related to electrical systems and plant safety.
Skills & Competencies
Basic knowledge of electrical circuits, motors, transformers, and control panels.
Understanding of industrial safety practices.
Willingness to learn and work on shop floor.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Word).
Training & Development
On-the-job training in electrical maintenance, safety, and plant operations.
Exposure to manufacturing processes and equipment.
Performance review during training / probation period.

Successful trainees may be confirmed as

based on performance and organizational requirements.
