Job Description

1. Production Support

Assist in day-to-day production activities on the shop floor. Monitor machine operations, material flow, and ensure adherence to quality standards. Coordinate with Senior and technicians to resolve production bottlenecks. Learn and follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions. Support in production planning, scheduling, and execution as per targets. Conduct root cause analysis and assist in corrective/preventive actions (CAPA) for defects.

2. Design & Development

Assist in creating and modifying 2D/3D CAD models using tools like AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Solid Edge, etc. Participate in new product development (NPD) and prototyping processes. Interpret technical drawings and specifications for sheet metal components. Collaborate with the tooling team to design jigs, fixtures, and dies. Involve in cost estimation and material selection for design projects. Apply knowledge of DFM (Design for Manufacturability) and GD&T principles.

3. Quality & Process Improvement

Learn and apply basic quality control tools (7 QC tools, 5S, Kaizen, etc.). Participate in internal audits and continuous improvement activities. Assist in documentation for PPAP, APQP, and ISO/TS standards.

4. Training & Learning

Complete all assigned training modules during the training period. Shadow senior engineers and participate in cross-functional team meetings. Prepare reports, technical documentation, and presentations.

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?18,000.00 per month
