Job Description

Prepare All Type Invoicing & Deliver Challan in sap.

Prepare All Export Invoicing in sap and other document related to dispatch.

Handling Local Transporter.

Follow up loading vehicle.

Handling Export Containers (Shipping lines wise tracking)

Prepare daily dispatch as per customer master plan.

Coordination with HO and FMG Team.

Prepare all type E-way bills.

Basic knowledge of excel and Power point

Making all inward material GRN (GOODS RECIPTS NOTE) in SAP.

Prepare daily MIS Report of plant.

Preparation purchase order , transfer posting ,STO ,SERVICE PO ,Service entry sheets

Knowledge of all goods material movement in SAP.

Create Sales Order in Sap.

Co-ordination with other dept. for required documents and data.

Create a sale contract & purchase order.

ALL standard T code of Sap SD in regular use.

Basic Knowledge of Purchase bills and accounting in (MIRO).

Basic knowledge of purchasing.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
