Job Description

Assist production and quality teams in day-to-day shopfloor activities Support assembly, testing, and inspection processes Prepare and maintain production logs, inspection sheets, and reports Participate in troubleshooting, defect analysis, and basic RCA Ensure compliance with work instructions and quality standards Coordinate with supervisors and engineers to resolve process issues Learn and follow IATF 16949 quality management practices

Key Skills Required

Understanding of basic production and quality concepts Knowledge of instruments like multimeter, calipers, micrometers (added advantage) Problem-solving attitude Discipline, teamwork, and flexibility
Basic computer skills (MS Office)

Required Qualifications

B.Tech / B.E. / Diploma in: Electronics Engineering Electrical Engineering Mechanical Engineering Mechatronics / Industrial / Production Engineering 0-1 year of experience (Freshers preferred) Basic knowledge of engineering fundamentals Good communication and analytical skills
Willingness to learn and adapt to a manufacturing environment

Pay: ?8,000.00 - ?12,000.00 per month
