Job Summary:

Graduate Engineer Trainees

to join our technical team. As a GET, you will undergo structured training across various departments, gain hands-on experience in operations, and develop technical and managerial skills essential for long-term growth in the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist senior engineers and managers in day-to-day operations and technical tasks. Participate in on-the-job training, workshops, and departmental rotations. Learn and apply company standards, procedures, and safety protocols. Work on real-time projects and support the execution of engineering tasks. Analyze data, prepare technical reports, and present findings. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve operational or technical issues. Continuously upgrade technical skills and knowledge relevant to your domain.

B.E. / B.Tech

in

Trainees who successfully complete the program may be considered for full-time roles such as
