We are looking for dynamic and enthusiastic Graduate Engineer Trainees (GETs) to join our manufacturing team. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh engineering graduates to kick-start their careers in a challenging and growth-oriented environment. Key Responsibilities:
Gain hands-on experience in production, maintenance, and quality control.
Assist in troubleshooting, diagnosing, and resolving technical issues in machinery and equipment.
Work closely with senior engineers to understand manufacturing processes and plant operations.
Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and productivity.
Support the execution of preventive and predictive maintenance activities.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve operational goals. Required Skills & Competencies:
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Basic knowledge of manufacturing processes, automation, and industrial machines.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies. Eligibility Criteria:
B.Tech graduates (Mechanical/Electrical) from a recognized university.
Strong academic record with a passion for the manufacturing industry.
Internship or project experience in a related field is a plus.
