Job Overview:

We are looking for a passionate and skilled

German Language Tutor

who can teach from beginner (A1) to intermediate/advanced (B2) levels. This is a

commission-based opportunity

, where your earnings directly reflect your teaching impact and student base.

Responsibilities:

Deliver engaging and structured lessons for A1, A2, B1, and B2 levels. Prepare and provide course materials based on CEFR standards. Conduct online or in-person classes based on student preference. Track student progress and provide feedback and support. Encourage speaking, listening, reading, and writing fluency in German. Address individual learning needs and adjust teaching methods accordingly.

Requirements:

Proficiency in

German language up to B2 level

or higher. Strong teaching, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to explain grammar and concepts clearly. Familiarity with Goethe, TELC, or OSD exam preparation is a plus. Prior

teaching/tutoring experience

is highly preferred. Comfortable teaching via online platforms or flexible timing.

Compensation Structure:

You will earn a

commission-based payout

, typically

50% of the fee

collected from each student. For example: If a student pays ?5,000 for a course/module, and your agreed commission is 50%, You will receive ?2,500, and the organization retains ?2,500. Higher commissions may be considered based on teaching performance and student feedback.
