Infotel India is excited to announce an opportunity for a German-speaking Service Desk Analyst to join our dedicated support team. In this role, you will provide outstanding customer service and technical support to our German-speaking clients. Your ability to communicate effectively in both German and English will be key to resolving technical issues and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities



Act as the first point of contact for clients seeking technical assistance via phone, email, or chat. Diagnose and troubleshoot IT-related issues, providing timely resolutions to maintain service continuity. Document and track issues using our IT Service Management tool, ensuring all client interactions are logged accurately. Provide excellent customer service and maintain a positive client relationship throughout the support process. Escalate complex issues to appropriate technical teams when necessary. Stay up to date with IT products, services, and best practices to effectively assist clients.

Requirements



Fluent in both German and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills in both languages. Proven experience in a customer service or technical support role. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities. Familiarity with IT service management tools is a plus. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies. Excellent interpersonal skills and a customer-oriented mindset. Flexible to work varied shifts as needed.
