Job Title: German IBDP (DP1) Online Tutor

About the Role:
Filo is looking for an experienced and passionate German IBDP (DP1) Online Tutor to join our growing network of educators. As a tutor, you will deliver high-quality online lessons, helping students strengthen their understanding and fluency in the German language while preparing for their IB Diploma Programme (DP1) exams.

Responsibilities:

Conduct engaging one-on-one online tutoring sessions for IBDP (DP1) students. Design customized lesson plans aligned with the IBDP curriculum. Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback. Encourage active learning through interactive teaching techniques. Maintain professionalism and punctuality during all sessions.
Requirements:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in German Language, Literature, or related field. Prior experience teaching German for IBDP (DP1) or equivalent curriculum. Strong communication skills and online teaching experience. Laptop and Pen Tablet (mandatory for online sessions). Reliable internet connection and availability for 6 days/week, 3 hours/day (between 6 PM - 12 AM IST).
