Hiring: German Language Trainer (Offline - Hyderabad and Noida)

We are looking for a German Language Trainer for an offline, full-time role based in Hyderabad

Working Days: Monday to Friday

Working Hours: 9 hours per day (Full-time position)

Eligibility Requirements

B2 Certification with 5+ years of experience, or

Minimum C1 Certification

Strong command of German grammar, vocabulary, and spoken fluency

Effective classroom management and ability to engage diverse learners

Prior experience in curriculum development and lesson planning will be an added advantage

Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality, interactive offline classes to learners

Create an engaging, supportive, and motivating classroom environment

Conduct sessions that focus on speaking, reading, writing, and listening skills

Plan lessons, prepare worksheets, assignments, and teaching materials

Monitor learner progress and provide constructive feedback

Maintain daily reporting and adhere to academic guidelines set by the client

Collaborate with internal teams for curriculum planning and improvements

Note: Half of the workday will be dedicated to teaching, while the other half will involve preparation and academic tasks.

Interview Process

1. Demo Session (15-20 minutes) with the client to assess your teaching methodology

2. Spoken German Proficiency Evaluation with German delegates to test fluency and accuracy
