We are seeking a passionate and experienced German Language Trainer to deliver engaging and effective language training sessions. The ideal candidate will have a strong command of the German language (written and spoken), teaching experience, and the ability to adapt to diverse learner needs.
Requirements:
Bachelor's/Master's degree in German Language, Linguistics, Education, or related field.
German language certification (e.g., Goethe or TELC).
1+ years of experience teaching German to adults or students (corporate or academic setting).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage both in-person and virtual classrooms.
Familiarity with instructional design and e-learning platforms is a plus.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver German language training (Beginner to Advanced levels) to students/employees.
Develop and customize lesson plans based on learner proficiency and business requirements.
Conduct assessments, evaluations, and progress tracking.
Use modern teaching methods including multimedia, interactive tools, and real-life simulations.
Maintain up-to-date training materials and resources.
Provide individual support and feedback to learners as needed.
Prepare students for German proficiency exams (e.g., Goethe, TELC)
Collaborate with other trainers and departments for curriculum development and scheduling.
Maintain training records and submit progress reports to management.
Preferred Skills:
Knowledge of instructional software or LMS (Learning Management System)
Experience in corporate/industry-specific German training (e.g., for hospitality, BPO, or customer service)
Multilingual ability is an advantage.
