Job Description

Assess the training needs of individuals and organizations Design and develop training programs based on both the organization's and the individual's needs Conduct workshops, individual training sessions, and lectures Plan and implement an effective training curriculum Prepare educational material such as module summaries, videos, and presentations Conduct evaluations to identify areas of improvement Monitor trainee performance and response to training Provide feedback to program participants and management Ensure adherence to established training procedures and guidelines Maintain updated records of training curriculum and material Revise and refine training content as needed
