Job Description

We are seeking a passionate and dynamic

German Language Trainer

to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong command of the German language and a flair for teaching, inspiring learners to achieve fluency and cultural competence. You will be responsible for delivering engaging, interactive sessions that meet international learning standards and prepare students for recognized German proficiency exams.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct

German language classes

for learners at beginner to advanced levels (A1-B2). Design and deliver

lesson plans, assessments, and interactive learning materials

aligned with CEFR standards. Prepare students for

Goethe, TELC, TestDaF, or OSD

examinations. Monitor student progress and provide

individual feedback and performance evaluations

. Foster a

positive, motivating, and inclusive learning environment

. Use modern teaching tools and digital platforms to enhance learning outcomes. Participate in curriculum development, workshops, and continuous learning initiatives. Stay updated with the latest teaching methodologies and language trends.

Required Qualifications & Skills

B2 Level Certification

in German (All modules completed) from an accredited institution is

mandatory

. Excellent communication skills in

German and English

. Strong knowledge of

German grammar, vocabulary, and culture

. Prior experience in teaching or training (offline or online) preferred. Ability to manage a diverse group of learners and maintain high engagement.
