Job Description

We are looking for a C1-certified German Language Trainer with a passion for teaching, mentoring, and academic leadership. The ideal candidate will deliver high-quality German language training while leading and guiding our team of trainers to ensure all programs align with CEFR standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver German language training from beginner to advanced (A1-C1) Mentor, train, and evaluate German language instructors Lead curriculum design and syllabus development Oversee student assessments and exam preparation Coordinate with management on academic planning and quality assurance Promote innovative teaching methods and digital learning tools Represent the institute in academic audits and institutional reviews

Requirements:

C1 certification (mandatory)*
3-5 years of German language teaching experience Proven mentoring or teacher-training background Strong leadership and communication skills Willingness to be based in Kochi and Kannurcentres
