Job Description
Preparing lesson plans and teaching methods for each class, including topics such as math, science, music, language arts, or social studies Communicating with parents about student progress, behavior issues, or other concerns Providing one-on-one tutoring to students who need extra help in specific subjects or skills Recording grades on homework assignments and tests using an electronic gradebook Managing classroom behavior and enforcing rules Assessing students\' progress to determine if they are meeting their academic goals Assisting students with learning disabilities by providing them with additional academic support Observing students to assess their learning styles, strengths and weaknesses, and making recommendations for improvement Maintaining a safe and orderly classroom environment where students feel comfortable learning
