You will work as part of a cross-functional team supporting various business operations, including translation, interpretation, customer communication, content localization, and documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle communication (verbal and written) in German with clients, partners, or internal teams.
Translate documents, emails, and technical content between German and English (and vice versa).
Support customer service, backend operations, or content management tasks for German-speaking markets.
Interpret business conversations or meetings, ensuring cultural and contextual accuracy.
Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
Maintain linguistic quality and consistency across all content and communications.
Adapt to changing business requirements and deadlines with flexibility.
Required Qualifications:
B2 Certification (or higher)
in German from Goethe-Institut or any recognized institution (mandatory).
Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferred: Language Studies, Humanities, Business, etc.).
Strong written and verbal communication skills in
both German and English
.
Good comprehension, grammar, and listening skills.
Familiarity with German culture, etiquette, and business communication styles.
0-5 years of relevant experience in German language roles (customer service, translation, content moderation, etc.).
Experience with CRM tools, translation software, or ticketing platforms.
Exposure to working in multinational or BPO/ITES environments.
Key Skills:
Fluent in German (B2+ level) and English.
Excellent comprehension, grammar, and writing skills.
