Work Profile: Customer Service - German Support

Eligibility Criteria:

Any Fresher OR Minimum 6 months BPO experience in German support

Excellent German fluency (B2 level or above)

Strong communication skills and customer handling ability

Salary & Benefits:

CTC: ₹Upto 10 LPA

Shifts & Offs: 5.5 days working with rotational shifts and offs

Cab Facility:

Males: ₹180 per night shift allowance

Females: One-sided cab in odd-hour shifts

Roles and Responsibilities:

Handle customer queries and provide support in German language

Assist with order tracking, returns, and other e-commerce-related support

Ensure high customer satisfaction and adhere to quality standards

Work in rotational shifts as per business requirements

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
