Job SummarySeeking a proactive Sales & Outreach Executive to generate new family leads through NRI outreach, apartment/community camps, and local networking. The role also involves building a network of assisted living, home care, nursing, and age-in-place tech providers for client referrals. Experience in the elderly-care industry is an added advantage.Key Responsibilities- Generate new leads from NRIs, apartment associations, senior clubs & community events.- Conduct awareness camps and engagement programs in large residential communities.- Build and maintain an ecosystem of home-care, assisted living, nursing, and tech providers.- Handle inbound enquiries and explain GeriSupport's consulting process.- Maintain CRM records, follow-ups, and basic reporting.Skills & Requirements- 1-7 years in sales/outreach/BD (healthcare or elderly care preferred).- Basic understanding of home-care technology & portable medical equipment (BP monitor, oximeter, glucometer, SOS devices, etc.).- Strong communication, empathy & relationship-building skills.- Comfortable with local travel and conducting events.EducationAny graduate (Healthcare, Social Work, Psychology, Life Sciences, or Business preferred).website:www.gerisupport.com (ref:updazz.com)
