Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled

Geo-Technical Engineer

with practical experience in radar analysis and slope stability assessment. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of soil mechanics, geotechnical principles, and instrumentation, along with the ability to interpret data and deliver actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct radar-based slope monitoring using

GroundProbe

or similar technologies to identify potential geotechnical risks. Analyze slope stability and recommend appropriate stabilization or ground improvement measures. Review and interpret radar and instrumentation data to prepare detailed technical reports. Collaborate with project teams, consultants, and clients to incorporate geotechnical inputs into design and execution. Ensure all deliverables meet industry standards, QA/QC processes, and relevant safety and compliance requirements. Coordinate and manage licensing processes for equipment import and WPC (Wireless Planning & Coordination) compliance in accordance with regulatory norms. Conduct customer training on Advanced data analysis training Monitor all active sites daily to detect early signs of slope movement or potential failure and assist customers with timely responses. Perform regular site visits to train customers on radar operation and data interpretation. Drive technical sales initiatives -- identify business opportunities, engage with potential clients, prepare proposals

Requirements:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in

Geotechnical Engineering

. 3-4 years of experience in geotechnical investigations, radar monitoring, or slope stability analysis. Proficiency in geotechnical software for radar data processing, slope modeling, and instrumentation analysis. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and technical writing skills. Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time for site-based assignments across India.
