Job Description

Key Responsibility: \xe2\x80\xa2Responsible for upholding the Piramal brand by achieving collection targets of the assigned region, managing delinquent customers for collections of legitimate dues, and managing various channels / partners used for debt servicing in the region. \xe2\x80\xa2Formulate strategy for collection and recovery in assigned DPD buckets, and conduct periodic reviews with the collection executives/managers for performance improvement \xe2\x80\xa2Analyse & provide early warning indicators to Credit & FCU, based on collection feedback & delinquency performance \xe2\x80\xa2Work on initiatives that can enhance efficiency and automation of collection processes for better effectiveness \xe2\x80\xa2Collaborate with Credit team to provide customer profile feedback observed for delinquent cases Escalate relevant cases for HO to take action on initiating auction or write off depending on applicability \xe2\x80\xa2Track and analyse reports and MIS, review and implement performance sheets and provide feedback for course correction \xe2\x80\xa2Implement & improve collection processes such as payment reconciliation & statutory compliance \xe2\x80\xa2Stay up to-date with the emerging trends in the industry and peers for improvising the collections strategy \xe2\x80\xa2Support enforcement agency empanelment (for SARFAESI execution) & performance monitoring \xe2\x80\xa2Assist in Legal collection strategy for collection performance improvement \xe2\x80\xa2Coordinate with law firms, initiate legal actions against NPA accounts, re possession and sale of property \xe2\x80\xa2Review account allocations and collections targets by bucket to agencies/ in house team \xe2\x80\xa2Coordinate with legal team to ensure legal action is taken on specified case \xe2\x80\xa2Ensures that all written correspondence complies with policies in terms of verbiage and frequency of contact \xe2\x80\xa2Ensure that the team follows all the guidelines and processes set by the organisation \xe2\x80\xa2Model and foster behaviours that support the organization\xe2\x80\x99s values and culture creating an atmosphere of trust, cooperation, accountability and dedication to organization \xe2\x80\xa2Set productivity targets & monitor performance of the Area Collection Managers, agencies of the mapped region Job Type: Full-time Salary: 91,100,000.00 - 92,000,000.00 per year Schedule:
