Job Title: Gentran EDI Specialist

Required Skills & Experience:

3-7 years of experience in EDI implementation and support, with strong hands-on experience in IBM Sterling Gentran (Server for Windows/UNIX).

Sound understanding of EDI standards such as ANSI X12, EDIFACT, and XML.

Experience with mapping, translation, and data transformation tools within Gentran.

Proficiency in FTP/SFTP/AS2, and VAN communications.

Familiarity with ERP integration (SAP, Oracle, or JD Edwards) for EDI data exchange.

Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills to coordinate with international teams.

Ability to work in Canadian time zone overlap (late afternoon/evening IST preferred).

Good to Have:

Knowledge of Sterling Integrator, MuleSoft, or Dell Boomi integration platforms.

Experience with ticketing systems (ServiceNow, Jira) and ITIL practices.

Understanding of retail, logistics, or manufacturing business processes related to EDI.

Exposure to cloud migration or EDI modernization projects.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: Up to ₹50,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 40 per week
