In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to grow our corporate gifting business. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of exceeding sales targets, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and developing new business :- Identify and target potential corporate clients in the local market.- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and trends.- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and market share.- Build and maintain relationships with existing clients, ensuring their satisfaction and repeat business.- Collaborate with the design and production team to provide clients with customized gifting solutions.- Prepare and deliver presentations to potential clients, demonstrating the benefits of our gifting solutions.- Negotiate contracts and close deals with new and existing clients.- Manage the sales pipeline, ensuring that all leads are properly tracked and nurtured.- Attend industry events and conferences to network and promote our services.- Meet and exceed sales targets, providing regular updates to the management team.- Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing, Sales, Business Administration or a related field.- A minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, sales or a related field.- Strong knowledge of the corporate gifting industry, with a proven track record of sales success.- Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, stakeholders, and partners.- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.- Excellent time management and organizational skills.- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.- Must have 10 lakhs sales per month in his Current company- We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, along with opportunities for career advancement in a dynamic and growing company.
