Job Description

Responsible for all customer facing activities. Lead a team of 4 employees handling patient service and customer care, around 12-14 outstation sample collection personnel. Specifically, overall responsibility for delivery of good service to patients and physician customers.

Salary Range
?40-?60k per month based on candidate profile and their existing salary

Experience
At least 10 years experience, at least 3-5 years in a managerial role. Must be 30+ years of age.
Requirements
Excellent oral and written communication skills in English. Good hold over spoken Telugu and Hindi languages. Mature communicator, problem solver, relationship manager, knows how to work in an organized fashion, can multitask, good work ethics
