The Role

As a

GEO Specialist

, you will design and execute strategies that optimize

brand visibility across generative AI platforms

such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Llama, and emerging AI-driven search engines.

You will structure content for

model-friendly retrieval

, develop semantic visibility strategies, and monitor how brands appear within

AI-generated answers and summaries

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute

GEO strategies

to improve brand presence across LLMs and AI-generated search results Structure and optimize content for

semantic, contextual, and embedding-based retrieval

Analyze how brands appear in generative responses and identify optimization opportunities Advise clients on

LLM-friendly content formats

, metadata strategies, and knowledge structuring Collaborate with marketing, product, and AI teams to build

GEO-ready content architectures

Track changes in AI search behavior and evolving

generative ranking mechanisms

Build internal frameworks, playbooks, and best practices for

next-generation discoverability

Qualifications

2-4 years of experience

in SEO, content strategy, or AI-focused content optimization Strong understanding of

LLM behavior, embeddings, semantic search, and vector-based ranking

Familiarity with AI platforms and tools such as

ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity, and Llama

Ability to translate

traditional SEO principles into AI-native discoverability strategies

Experience with

structured content formats

(schemas, taxonomies, knowledge graphs) is a plus
