We need a hands-on engineer who can train students in cutting-edge AI technologies (Generative AI, LLMs, Python) and dedicate 40% of their time to building internal AI agents and automation tools for the company.
Key Responsibilities
1. Training & Mentorship (60%)
Train students in
Python, Machine Learning, and Deep Learning
fundamentals.
Conduct advanced workshops on
Generative AI (LLMs), Prompt Engineering, and RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation)
.
Guide students on Capstone Projects (e.g., Building Chatbots, AI Agents, Recommendation Systems).
Simplify complex math/algorithms for non-technical students.
2. Product Development (40%)
Work with the HOD to build
AI Agents
for internal operations (e.g., Automating CRM data entry, fine-tuning models on Odoo data).
Develop and deploy custom chatbots using
LangChain, OpenAI API, or Open Source LLMs (Llama/Mistral)
