About The Job:

• We are seeking a strategic and highly skilled Generative AI Architect to lead the design and implementation of advanced AI solutions.
• This role requires expertise in AI-driven decision automation, data-driven insights, and scalable architecture to enhance business processes and client outcomes.

Essential Job Functions:

• AI Systems Architecture & Business Impact
• Design and develop scalable AI architectures that integrate seamlessly with existing business systems.
• Ensure AI models support enterprise-grade workloads, focusing on efficiency, adaptability, and security.
• Algorithm & Model Development
• Develop and optimize AI algorithms for predictive analytics, recommendation engines, and automation.
• Apply machine learning (ML) and deep learning (DL) techniques to enhance decision-making and business intelligence.
• Data Engineering & Integration
• Architect robust data pipelines to support AI model training and inference.
• Implement automated data collection, integration, cleansing, and transformation techniques to ensure high-quality data inputs.
• Collaborate with data engineering teams to align AI solutions with real-world business applications.
• AI Model Training, Evaluation & Performance Optimization
• Train AI models using supervised, unsupervised, and reinforcement learning techniques, refining them based on business insights.
• Define model performance metrics to ensure AI solutions deliver tangible value.
• Real-Time AI Applications & System Integration
• Work alongside software engineers and business consultants to integrate AI solutions into the applications.
• Ensure AI components interact seamlessly with enterprise platforms such as CRM, ERP, workflow automation tools, and analytics dashboards.
• Ethical AI & Compliance
• Embed AI fairness, transparency, and accountability principles into AI systems, ensuring ethical AI deployment.
• Stay updated on AI governance policies and compliance frameworks related to enterprise AI applications.
• Research, Innovation & AI Strategy
• Stay at the forefront of AI advancements, frameworks, and cloud technologies.
• Lead AI-driven strategic initiatives, exploring innovative approaches for automation, personalization, and efficiency enhancement.
• Stakeholder Collaboration & Communication
• Work closely with executive teams, data scientists, business strategists, and IT professionals to align AI solutions with corporate objectives.
• Present complex AI concepts in a clear, accessible manner to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Qualifications:
Mandatory Education & Skills

• Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or related fields.
• Expertise in large language models (LLMs) and prompt engineering for business applications.
• Strong programming skills (Python, R, Java) for AI model development and deployment.
• Familiarity with AI libraries and frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras).
• Experience deploying AI models in cloud computing environments (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
• Deep understanding of enterprise AI architecture, data engineering, and model optimization.
• Strong problem-solving skills, with a business-driven approach to AI implementation.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills in cross-functional teams.
• Experience: 10 to 13 Years

Preferred Skills

• High-Performance Computing (HPC) and AI workloads for large-scale enterprise solutions.
• NVIDIA CUDA, cuDNN, TensorRT experience for deep learning acceleration.
• Big Data platforms (Hadoop, Spark) for AI-driven analytics.
