Job Responsibilities:

Deliver structured training on

Generative AI concepts

and

Project Management methodologies

. Explain

Generative AI fundamentals

including: AI & ML basics Large Language Models (LLMs) Prompt Engineering Use cases of Generative AI in business Tools such as

ChatGPT, Copilot, and other AI platforms

Train students on

Project Management frameworks

such as: SDLC Agile, Scrum, Waterfall Project planning, execution, monitoring, and closure Conduct

hands-on sessions, case studies, and mini-projects

. Guide learners in

real-time project implementation

and documentation. Prepare training materials, assignments, and assessments. Conduct evaluations and provide feedback to learners. Ensure adherence to curriculum and training quality standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Strong knowledge of

Generative AI concepts and tools

. Solid understanding of

Project Management principles and methodologies

. Hands-on experience with

AI tools and project planning tools

(Jira, MS Project, Trello, etc.). Excellent

communication and presentation skills

. Ability to simplify complex concepts for students. Prior teaching or corporate training experience is preferred. Certifications in

AI / Project Management (PMP, Agile, Scrum)

are an added advantage.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

Experience training

college students and working professionals

. Strong mentoring and classroom management skills. Flexible with training schedules (weekday/weekend batches).

Remuneration:

Competitive pay (hourly / session-based), based on experience.
Job Type: Freelance

Pay: ?500.00 - ?550.00 per hour
