JOB Requirements

• Seeking a resourceful generalist with up to 7 years experience, hands-on data sharing expertise, broad cyber security and GDPR exposure, and strong English communication skills(written and verbal communication.
• Bachelor s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 2 5 years relevant experience in data sharing, information security, and GDPR.
• Experience with email, calendars, and collaboration tools.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize, and work independently.
• Ethical, detail-oriented, proactive, and adaptable.
• Strong interpersonal skills and eagerness to learn
• Fluent English; strong written and verbal communication.
• Experience with security audits or compliance projects is a plus
• ISO 27001 or similar certifications are a plus.

• Facilitate data sharing requests compliant with GDPR and internal policies.
• Support basic information security practices and contribute to security initiatives.
• Demonstrate knowledge of GDPR and other data protection/privacy regulations in daily business operations.
• Maintain stakeholder relationships and ensure clear, timely communication.
• Manage emails, schedule and support meetings, and handle general administrative duties.
