Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and organize appointments.
Handle email management, draft responses, and maintain communication on behalf of clients.
Assist with social media management (posting, engagement, and monitoring).
Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as required.
Conduct research and compile information to support business decisions.
Organize and maintain digital files, documents, and databases.
Support in event planning, task tracking, and project coordination.
Perform general administrative tasks and ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or similar role.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English proficiency required).
Proficiency in productivity tools (Google Workspace, MS Office, Slack, Zoom, etc.).
Familiarity with project management tools (Asana, Trello, ClickUp, or similar) is a plus.
Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines.
High level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality.
