Position Summary:*

We are seeking a reliable and skilled General Utility Maintenance Worker to perform a variety of maintenance tasks and ensure our facilities are well-maintained. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, strong problem-solving skills, and a proactive approach to maintaining our infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform routine maintenance tasks, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general repairs.

- Conduct inspections to identify issues and promptly address them.

- Maintain and repair building systems to ensure optimal performance.

- Respond to maintenance requests and emergencies in a timely manner.

- Collaborate with other team members and contractors as needed.

- Keep accurate records of maintenance activities and materials used.

- Adhere to safety protocols and regulations at all times.

Qualifications:

- High school diploma ,ITI or equivalent.

- Proven experience in general maintenance, repair, and facility management.

- Strong knowledge of building systems, including plumbing, electrical, and HVAC.

- Ability to use hand and power tools effectively.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

- Good communication skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Pay: ?11,000.00 - ?17,000.00 per month
