Job Description

Needs Assessment:

Identifying skill gaps and training requirements through surveys, interviews, and performance data.

Curriculum Development:

Creating training materials, including presentations, handouts, and online resources.

Training Delivery:

Conducting training sessions, workshops, seminars, and one-on-one coaching.

Program Evaluation:

Assessing the effectiveness of training programs and making adjustments as needed.

Mentorship and Support:

Collaboration:

Working with managers and other stakeholders to align training with business goals.
