Job Title: Retail Sales Head - Tissue/FMCGKey Responsibilities
Build and execute sales strategy aligned with production and market demand.
Drive volume growth across regions and ensure consistent order fulfillment.
Expand and manage GT/MT channels, distributors, wholesalers, and institutional clients.
Lead and guide area managers and sales officers with strong field discipline.
Coordinate with production, dispatch, and logistics for smooth supply.
Monitor competitor activities, pricing, schemes, and market trends.
Drive retail visibility, schemes, and trade marketing initiatives.
Achieve volume, revenue, margin targets; maintain credit hygiene and distributor compliance.
Skills & Experience
10-15+ years
in tissue, hygiene, or FMCG sales.
Proven experience in distributor management and territory expansion.
Strong knowledge of GT/MT operations, pricing, and margins.
Excellent negotiation, analytical, and team leadership skills.
Education
MBA/PGDM in Sales/Marketing preferred.
