Job Description

GENERAL TECHICIAN

Perform basic maintenance and repair tasks on hotel equipment and systems such as HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry.

- Diagnose and troubleshoot problems with equipment and systems, and make necessary repairs.

- Perform regular maintenance on all hotel equipment and systems to ensure optimal performance

- Respond to guest requests in a timely and professional manner.

- Maintain a clean and safe work environment.

- Follow established safety protocols when working with potentially hazardous materials.

- Assist other technicians in completing projects.

- Assist with ordering and stocking of supplies and materials.

- Assist with other duties as assigned.
