Job Summary:
We are hiring a dedicated and skilled General Technician to assist with cleaning tasks, support basic mechanical operations, and handle tools and equipment safely. The candidate must be local to Bangladesh, with a minimum qualification of ITI or Diploma, and capable of understanding and communicating in English.

Minimum Qualifications:
ITI (Industrial Training Institute) Certificate or Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical / Fitter or related trades.

Basic working knowledge of English (reading, writing, and communication).

Experience:
1-2 years of hands-on experience in mechanical work, tool handling, and industrial or facility cleaning.

Experience working in a factory, workshop, or plant environment is preferred.

Roles & Responsibilities:
Perform daily cleaning and housekeeping of the facility, machinery, and workstations.

Support the maintenance team in basic mechanical activities like assembly, disassembly, and part replacement.

Safely handle and maintain hand tools and power tools.

Follow instructions from supervisors and understand technical documents/instructions in English.

Assist with movement and setup of materials, tools, and machines.

Ensure all activities comply with safety, cleanliness, and hygiene standards.

Report issues related to tools, equipment, or unsafe conditions.

Key Skills:
Mechanical aptitude and ability to support basic repair/maintenance work.

Familiarity with industrial cleaning equipment and processes.

Capable of reading and understanding English safety signs, labels, and manuals.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ?400,000.00 per year
