Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced

General Surgeon

to join our medical team. The candidate should be well-versed in handling a wide range of surgical procedures and able to work both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform general surgeries including abdominal, gastrointestinal, and soft tissue surgeries. Provide pre-operative and post-operative care to patients. Participate in ward rounds, outpatient clinics, and emergency surgeries. Collaborate with anesthesiologists, nurses, and other medical professionals. Maintain accurate patient records and surgical notes. Follow NABH and hospital protocols related to surgical safety and infection control. Guide and train junior doctors or surgical assistants when required. Attend clinical meetings and contribute to case discussions.

Qualifications:

MBBS with MS/DNB in General Surgery from a recognized institution. Valid registration with Tamil Nadu Medical Council (TMC). 5 to 10 years of post-qualification experience in a hospital setup. Experience in handling laparoscopic surgeries will be an added advantage.

Skills Required:

Excellent diagnostic and surgical skills. Strong clinical decision-making ability. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work under pressure and during emergencies.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
