Job Description

Diagnose and manage surgical conditions requiring operative and non-operative treatment. Perform elective and emergency surgeries such as appendectomy, hernia repair, gallbladder removal, and trauma surgeries. Conduct pre-surgical evaluations, explain procedures, and obtain informed consent. Provide post-operative care, monitor recovery, and manage complications if any. Collaborate with anesthesiologists, nursing staff, and other healthcare professionals for holistic patient care. Maintain accurate and thorough medical records. Participate in patient safety programs and follow infection control guidelines. Attend clinical meetings, case discussions, and continuous medical education (CME) programs. Guide junior doctors, interns, and nursing staff in clinical procedures and patient care. Be available for on-call duties and emergency care when scheduled.
