Stapler (MIPH) hemorrhoidectomy/fissurectomy/ sphinctertomy
Laser hemorrhoidectomy
Laparoscopic Surgeries ;-
Laparoscopic cholecystectomy
Laparoscopic appendectomy
Laparoscopic Hernioplasty
Stapler Circumcision +
Other Surgeries : EVLT , Varicocele , Lumpectomy , Hydrocele , Pilonidal Sinus ,
Count of Surgeries done independently :-
Laparoscopic cholecystectomy - Independently 30 Cases
Laparoscopic appendectomy - Independently 30 Cases

Laparoscopic Hernioplasty (TEP, TAPP or ETAP) - 15 - 20
Stapler MIPH - 25 - 50
Laser hemorrhoidectomy - 15 - 20
Skills :- Who can give availability from10am to 8pm
Should be flexible (travelling , hungry for own practice , eager to learn , receptive to training and work on weekends)
Culture Fit (Understanding of the business)
Should be Presentable
Should have Very good Communication Skills
Should have an experience working with Corporate Hospitals (preferred)
