Key Responsibilities
Manage
OPD and IPD cases
efficiently based on clinical and surgical expertise.
Perform
general surgical procedures
in OPD/IPD as per specialty skills and competency.
Conduct thorough
patient evaluations
, including physical examinations, medical history assessment, and ordering/interpreting diagnostic tests.
Plan and execute
appropriate surgical and non-surgical treatment plans
for simple and complex cases, in coordination with anesthetists and multidisciplinary teams.
Participate in
hospital quality improvement initiatives
to enhance patient safety, clinical outcomes, and surgical standards.
Qualifications
MBBS degree with specialization (MS/DNB) in General Surgery.
Valid medical license to practice in Haryana.
0 to 3 years of experience
in general surgery.
Proven
surgical and diagnostic skills
in general surgical procedures.

communication and interpersonal skills
