Key Responsibilities:

Technical Leadership

Lead and guide engineering and technical teams across product, quality, testing, and service Ensure high standards of product design, performance, reliability, and compliance Support new product introduction (NPI), validation, testing, and certifications Drive technical standardisation, documentation, and process improvements
Techno-Commercial Responsibilities

Provide technical inputs for commercial proposals, tenders, and key customer discussions Support sales teams with solution design, product positioning, and technical clarifications Participate in pricing strategy, cost optimisation, and margin improvement initiatives Act as a technical authority during customer negotiations and escalations
Business & Strategic Support

Align technology roadmap with business goals and market requirements Identify opportunities for product enhancement and localisation Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety norms, and regulatory requirements Support management in strategic decision-making related to technology and products
Stakeholder Management

Act as the single technical point of contact for internal and external stakeholders Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, operations, quality, and service Address critical technical issues and ensure timely resolution

Desired Profile

Bachelor's / Master's degree in Electrical, Electronics, Power Electronics, or related field 15+ years of experience in UPS / Power Electronics / Energy or related industry Proven experience in senior technical leadership roles Strong techno-commercial acumen with customer-facing exposure In-depth understanding of power systems, industry standards, and compliance Excellent communication, leadership, and decision-making skills
