to oversee and lead the 4-wheeler service operations of our automobile division. The ideal candidate must have prior experience in managing end-to-end service operations, customer satisfaction, manpower planning, and revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily service operations across workshops and ensure smooth functioning.
Develop and implement service policies, SOPs, and performance standards.
Achieve service revenue, profitability, and customer satisfaction targets.
Monitor and control warranty claims, goodwill, and policy settlements.
Guide and mentor the service team, including managers, technicians, and advisors.
Coordinate with OEMs for technical support, training, and audits.
Ensure high-quality standards in service delivery and customer handling.
Review service KPIs (TAT, CSI, Repeat Jobs, etc.) and drive continuous improvement.
Manage budgets, resource allocation, and cost efficiency in operations.
Ensure compliance with company and manufacturer policies.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree or diploma in Automobile/Mechanical Engineering (preferred).
Minimum
10-15 years
of experience in automobile service operations, with at least
3-5 years
as a
General Manager - Service
or equivalent leadership role.
Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
Proven ability to manage large teams and deliver operational excellence.
Excellent customer service orientation and technical knowledge of 4-wheelers.
