Role Summary:
We are looking for a result-driven professional to lead B2B sales, manage operations, and drive business growth in a manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive end-to-end B2B sales and revenue targets
Manage field sales teams and key clients
Coordinate with production, logistics, and supply chain
Identify new business and growth opportunities
Requirements:
3+ years experience in B2B or manufacturing sales
Strong sales closing and leadership skills
On-ground sales and client handling experience
Manufacturing background preferred
Not Suitable For:
Retail or FMCG-only sales profiles
