• Good knowledge of handling guest requests.
• Good knowledge of Engineering operations
• Responsible for Departmental keys.
• Responsible for all calls coming to the Desk and to convey the right message to the right person.
• Maintaining records related to day-to-day operations of Engineering.
• Follow up with concerned departments in case of guest requests/ complaints.
• Should have good telephone etiquette.
• Give proper handover to the next shift and mention all responsibilities in detail to the next shift staff before leaving.
• Assist Director of Engineering for preparing the monthly report
• Arrange maintenance repairs
• Gather and respond to requests or complaints from guests
• Ensures that the workplace and storage areas remain clean and tidy
• Respects the instructions and safety guidelines for the equipment (s)he uses
• Applies the hotel\'s security regulations (in case of fire etc)
• Respects the hotel\'s commitments to the "Environment Charter" (saving energy, recycling, sorting waste etc).
