Position: Senior Manager - R&D
Educational Qualification: B.Tech /B.E./M.Tech /M.E. (Power Electronics)
Location: Mahape, Navi Mumbai
Key Responsibilities: * Study government initiatives and market scenario in Application landscapes

• Study market and competitive offers and create business case study
• Detailed breakdown creation for product architecture
• Documentation of specification and drive product platforming
• Develop collaborative partners for mutiple product development

Functional Competencies: * Design development and Field deployment and service expertise in Power electronic products like drives, inverters, Chargers, SMPS etc.

• Power System understanding

Critical Skills Required: High power drive development/ commissioning
