Key Responsibilities
Prepare
clinical documentation
of patient visits including history, examinations, lab results, and treatment plans.
Conduct
teleconsults, chart reviews, and medical documentation
for offshore healthcare networks.
Support attending physicians by documenting
lab and diagnostic tests, follow-ups, and discharge summaries
.
Ensure all documentation adheres to
clinical guidelines, regulatory requirements, and HIPAA compliance
.
Assist in
medical decision-making
through accurate recording of clinical findings.
Participate in
quality improvement initiatives
to enhance documentation accuracy and efficiency.
Provide
clinical insights
during audits, case reviews, and documentation checks.
Qualifications
MBBS / MD or equivalent medical degree (FMG Screening Test cleared required).
1-3 years of clinical experience as a General Physician, Duty Medical Officer, or Medical Officer.
Prior experience in
offshore medical documentation, virtual scribing, or clinical associate roles
preferred.
Strong understanding of
clinical terminology, diagnostics, and treatment protocols
.
Familiarity with
EHR systems and medical documentation workflows
desirable.
Skills
Clinical expertise in history taking, physical examination, and case documentation.
Ability to interpret
ECG, radiographs, lab tests, and clinical reports
.
Excellent
written and verbal communication skills
in English.
Proficiency in medical documentation tools (MS Office, EHR platforms).
Strong
analytical skills, attention to detail, and accuracy in documentation
.
Multilingual ability (English, Hindi, Urdu, Telugu, Malayalam, etc.) is an added advantage.

Additional Requirements
Willingness to work according to US shift hours. Please note that work hours may be subject to change based on the client's request and to accommodate Daylight Saving Time in the USA. Our Current shift hours are from 2 pm to 11 pm.
Currently, our team operates in a remote work setup. However, if required for training, system repair/change, or if summoned to the office by your manager, you should be prepared to attend.
