Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct video and telephonic consultations with patients through the

MyKare platform

. Handle patient queries, doubts, and follow-ups with clarity and empathy. Address all

medical inquiries

within defined

turnaround times (TAT)

. Assess symptoms and provide appropriate medical advice and next steps. Support

post-surgical follow-ups

and deliver tailored

patient education

for recovery. Accurately

document all consultations

and maintain up-to-date

digital health records

. Coordinate with internal teams--

care coordinators, specialists, and operations

--to ensure seamless patient care. Collaborate with the

product team

by sharing feedback and insights from patient interactions to improve app features, workflows, and overall user experience. Uphold high standards of

clinical accuracy, data confidentiality,

and ensure a

positive patient experience

in every interaction.

Requirements:

MBBS degree

from a recognized medical institution.

Valid registration

with the Medical Council of India or relevant state medical council. Strong

decision-making skills

and

empathetic communication

abilities. Comfort with

digital tools, EMR systems,

and online consultation platforms.

Preferred Qualifications:

Understanding of

post-operative care protocols

and

patient counseling

. Multilingual proficiency--especially in

English

and regional languages such as

Malayalam, Hindi, or Tamil.

Prior experience in

teleconsultation, digital health platforms,

or

app-based healthcare services

is an added advantag

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
